This notice explains how the Schoolmate public website — the informational pages you are browsing now — handles information. It does not cover the authenticated Schoolmate school-management application, which schools and families access with their own account under a separate arrangement with their school.
Information you choose to share
When you submit the contact or demo-request form, we receive what you enter: your name, email, phone number, school name, role, approximate student count, main priority, preferred demo language and message.
We use this only to reply to your request, prepare a relevant demo and answer your questions about Schoolmate.
How your message reaches us
The contact form is delivered through Formspree, an external form-processing service, before it reaches our team. We do not operate our own form-submission server for this website.
We do not sell this information or use it for advertising, and we do not send a newsletter — only a reply to what you asked.
Ordinary technical information
Like most websites, the infrastructure that serves these pages may process standard technical information — such as browser type and the pages requested — to operate and keep the website secure. This happens at the hosting and delivery level, not through a tracking script we add ourselves.
Analytics
This website does not load an analytics script by default. If the site operator enables one later, Google Analytics (if used) relies on cookies, while Plausible (if used) does not use cookies at all. When neither is configured — the normal state today — no analytics cookie is set.
Cookies
These public pages do not set their own cookies. If you separately sign in to the Schoolmate application as a school user, that authenticated product uses its own session cookie to keep you signed in — a different system from this public website, covered by your school’s own arrangement with Schoolmate, not by this notice.
Fonts and external links
The typefaces used on this site are bundled with the website itself and are not fetched from a third party while you browse.
Clicking a WhatsApp, phone or email link on this site opens a separate service governed by that service’s own privacy practices, not by Schoolmate.

Product screenshots shown on this website are captured from a demonstration environment with fictional school data, not from a real school’s account.
